This ticket is a revocable license and may be terminated at any time by Chicago Cubs Baseball Club, LLC ("Chicago Cubs") by refunding to the original purchaser the price printed on the face of this ticket. Ticket holder ("Holder") is also subject to removal without compensation in management discretion or upon breach of Major League Baseball or Wrigley Field rules. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost or stolen and if so are void. Ticket may not be used for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to advertising, promotion, contest or sweepstakes, without written consent of Chicago Cubs.

WARNING: Holder assumes all risk incidental to the game of baseball and any other event at Wrigley Field to which this ticket applies, whether occurring prior to, during or after the game or event, including (but not exclusively) the danger of being injured by or in connection with any broken or released bat or thrown or batted ball. Holder agrees Cubs, the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., the Major League Baseball Clubs, Tickets.com, Inc., SportsOnEarth, LLC, each of their respective subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers, members, managers, employees, partners, sponsors, agents and players of the above entities are not liable for any resulting injuries.

Holder agrees not to transmit or distribute, other than for personal, non-commercial use, any information about, or depicting any event at, Wrigley Field, including but not limited any concert, baseball game or other sporting event, including game, pre-game, post-game or related activities and including but not limited to any account, description, picture, video, audio, reproduction and/or any other information concerning the game or such activities ("Game Information"); agrees Chicago Cubs is exclusive owner of all copyright and other intellectual property in Game Information; agrees not to act in a disorderly or disruptive manner; and grants Chicago Cubs and its designees the unrestricted right to use Holder's name, voice, image, likeness, actions and statements in any live display or other recording taken at the game, for any purpose including without limitation advertising or promotional purposes, in perpetuity, and in any media known or subsequently developed, without additional compensation or notification.
